Synopsis

In the dawn of the 21st century, magic, long thought to be folklore together with fairy tales, has go a systematized engineering science too is taught as a technical science. In First High School, the establishment for magicians, students are segregated into ii groups based on their entrance test scores: “Blooms,” those who receive high scores, are assigned to the First Course, patch “Weeds” are reserve students assigned to the Second Course.

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei follows the siblings, Tatsuya as well as Miyuki Shiba, who are enrolled inwards First High School. Upon taking the test, the prodigious Miyuki is placed inward the First Course, spell Tatsuya is relegated to the Second Course. Though his practical exam scores too status equally a “Weed” show him to be magically inept, he possesses extraordinary technical noesis, physical fight capabilities, in addition to unique magic techniques—making Tatsuya the irregular at a magical high schoolhouse.
